The Print Archives Network (PAN) forum is always held the Friday morning before ALA Midwinter and Annual conferences. All are welcome to attend and hear about new and best practices from the participating shared print initiatives. 
New tools from Portico enable comparison of library holdings to titles archived in Portico, to determine the completeness of archived content. Speakers from Portico will demonstrate some of these tools.

LAMP Business Meeting

LAMP’s annual business meeting will be held Monday, May 9, from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in Charlottesville, VA.  LAMP member libraries fund projects to acquire and/or preserve rare and at-risk research materials related to the study of Latin America through an annual membership fee. Representatives of member institutions meet annually to discuss current and future projects and set priorities for additional acquisitions.

2016 Council of Voting Members Meeting

The 2016 annual CRL Council of Voting Members Meeting will be held in downtown Chicago, at the University of Chicago's Gleacher Center. This is the main CRL governance event, at which representatives of CRL libraries review new and ongoing CRL inititatives and elect new Board members.
