In accordance with its Bylaws, CRL conducts an annual meeting of the CRL Council of Voting Members “for the transaction of such business as may come before the meeting.” The Council Business Meeting is an opportunity for representatives of CRL libraries to help shape CRL’s agenda and activities. Attendees review and approve the proposed CRL budget for the coming fiscal year, and elect new members to the CRL Board of Directors.
The 2015 CRL Annual Council of Voting Members will be held as an all-day web conference on April 24 in Chicago. The Council Business Meeting will be followed by a Collections Forum, an opportunity for collection development, reference, and resource-sharing staff at member libraries to discuss CRL collecting, programs, and services.
