Budget & Finance Committee

The Center for Research Libraries Budget & Finance Committee supports the CRL Member Community by reviewing the annual operating plan, including a budgetary total and membership fees, and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors to ensure continued financial and operational activities of CRL and therefore the survival and availability of primary source materials vital to academic research and learning.

NERL Program Council

The NERL Program Council (PC) is a representative forum foundational to the work of NERL, with PC members advising on and directly serving on negotiation teams. Working collaboratively, PC works with the NERL Steering Committee and staff to sustain NERL’s core shared purchasing decisions to develop new and innovative priorities to further support and advance NERL’s pursuit of transforming the scholarly landscape.

NERL Steering Committee

The NERL Steering Committee (SC) is responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight for the NERL program. The NERL Steering Committee supports the overall negotiation process at an executive level, and periodically assists NERL negotiations directly on the advice/request of NERL negotiation teams.
