CRL is rolling out a new series of online sessions called CRL Essentials, designed to help member library staff get the most out of their CRL membership and stay current on opportunities. The series will offer short, practical overviews of CRL programs and services, with time set aside for questions and discussion.

The first two sessions are scheduled for this spring:

March 4 at 12:00 PM Central covers CRL's One-Time Group Purchasing Program, walking through how the program works, what offers are currently available, and how staff can take advantage of them to support their institution's purchasing decisions.

April 1 at 12:00 PM Central provides an overview of CRL's Global Collections Committees (GCC), including how they work and the ways member staff can participate and contribute.

Both sessions are free and open to staff at member institutions. Recordings will be available for a limited time for those unable to attend live. Member library leaders are encouraged to share this information widely with their teams.
