BMI, a leader in global data and analysis, has partnered with the Center for Research Libraries (CRL) and its NERL Licensing Program to expand access for North American universities. The platform delivers insights across 20+ industries and 200+ markets, covering Country Risk, Geopolitical Risk, Financial Markets, Industry Research, ESG and Commodities.

The promotion, launched in September this year, was designed to make economic, geopolitical, and industry insights, forecasts, and data more accessible to more libraries through coordinated outreach, special pricing, and trial access.

The partnership reflects both CRL's commitment to collective purchasing that provides members with access to specialized resources at equitable and sustainable terms, and BMI's commitment to supporting leading academic institutions with global data and analysis.

The platform strengthens faculty research and curriculum development across economics, business, political science, and international studies; students gain access to current data, case studies, and applied analysis needed for academic study and professional success.

Participating institutions can receive a complimentary trial of BMI's platform throughout December 2025 plus an introductory rate on an annual subscription when subscribing before the end of 2025.
