Mary Wilke -

The Center for Research Libraries will purchase seven valuable microform collections through this year’s Purchase Proposal Program, with a list price value of $192,215. These sets will soon be available on interlibrary loan to researchers at CRL member institutions.

Many major microform collections and reprint sets can be too costly for individual institutions to purchase, and are not usually available through interlibrary loan. Through the CRL Purchase Proposal Program, libraries nominate microform and hard copy collections for CRL purchase.
