CRL reports to the Chief Collection Development Officers (CCDO) meeting, on Saturday, January 16, Intercontinental Hotel, Rose Kennedy Room III, 8:30 a.m.–12:00 noon. 

The report will focus on two CRL activities: 

  • Digital repository assessments:  Portico and the HathiTrust Shared Digital Repository
  • Print archiving:  outline of agenda for CRL support of regional and national-level action

Vanderbilt University digitizes Afro-Colombian oral histories with LARRP grant

The pilot project digitized tapes of interviews conducted by anthropologist, novelist, folklorist, and physician Manuel Zapata Olivella, often dubbed the “dean of Black Hispanic writers.”
