Want to know more about the strengths of CRL’s collections and current collecting priorities? What about the collection guides and consultations CRL offers to support research needs at your institution? And how you can expand local resources by referencing CRL holdings in subject guides and orientation programs? This new webinar is designed to answer those questions. It will serve as an excellent orientation for new staff, or refresher on how CRL can enrich your library’s services.

Topics will include:

  • An informative overview of CRL collection strengths, including digital resources and primary sources from various world areas available through global partnerships
  • Suggestions for enabling local discovery of CRL holdings
  • Ideas for promoting the use of CRL collections, including citing CRL in local subject guides. and making use of CRL reference consultation and cooperative collection building programs
  • Resources for local marketing of CRL

Participation is open to all librarians, staff, and faculty at CRL member institutions.
