LAMP becomes LAMP

The Latin American Microform Project voted to change its name simply to LAMP, in reflection of its evolving use of digital technologies to serve its original purpose. LAMP Chair Anne Barnhart stated, “the acronym is our emblem, and after three decades of operation, LAMP’s activities are well known to our communities.”
