University of Notre Dame Joins Five Microform ProjectsDec 3 2010
The University of Notre Dame has recently joined the Cooperative Africana Microform Project (CAMP), the Middle East Microform Project (MEMP), the South Asia Microform Project (SAMP), the Southeast Asia Microform Project (SEAM), and the Slavic and East European Microform Project (SEEMP). These new memberships complement Notre Dame’s long-standing membership in LAMP (formerly the Latin American Microform Project).
Notre Dame is renewing its efforts to broaden its international programs through expanded collaborative projects and strategic relationships with global partners throughout the university. By joining with other CRL libraries in collaborative collection-building, Notre Dame supports the preservation of unique, uncommon, and endangered research material from important world regions and helps ensure that scholars will have access to these resources.
