CRL has released a short video on its Purchase Proposal Program for CRL librarians interested in cooperative collection building. This five-minute “how-to” video, which outlines the steps for nominations and voting, is now available on CRL’s YouTube channel. Nominations for the 2015 Purchase Proposal Program are due by September 30.

CRL welcomes suggestions for additional short videos on available collections and services. CRL’s YouTube channel already features recorded presentations from a variety of webinars and forums. Visitors can see rebroadcasts that highlight research resources for Southeast Asia, Africa, and other regions; explore issues in access to news and government information; and survey the availability of text and data mining in licensed databases; among other topics.
