TRAIL will be hosting an informal happy hour during the American Library Association Annual Conference in Washington, DC. It will be held Saturday, June 22nd, from 4:30-6:30 p.m. at City Tap House Penn Quarter, 901 9th St NW, just a couple blocks south of the Convention Center.

After a long day of conference sessions, come meet with members of TRAIL’s Steering Committee and ask whatever you’d like to know about TRAIL. Appetizers will be provided.

TRAIL identifies, digitizes, archives, and provides access to federal technical reports. Technical reports communicate research progress in technology and science; they deliver information for technical development to industry and research institutions contributing to the continued growth of science and technology. These highly detailed reports contain valuable information serving specialized audiences of researchers. While availability to more recent technical report literature has greatly improved with Internet access, many technical reports remain elusive to researchers.
