TRAIL Information and Update Session

TRAIL (Technical Report Archive & Image Library) will hold an Information and Update session from 10:30 - 11:30 am Eastern time on Saturday, January 9, in Boston, in conjunction with the ALA Midwinter Meeting.  The session will be held in Room 107C of the Boston Convention Center.

TRAIL (Technical Report Archive & Image Library) will hold an Information and Update session from 3:00 to 4:00 p.m. Pacific time on Sunday, June 28, in San Francisco, in conjunction with the ALA Annual Conference.  The session will be held in the Pacific Suite I of the Marriott Marquis San Francisco, which is located at 780 Mission Street. All new and prospective members of TRAIL are invited to learn more about the project at this open meeting.

The workshop is designed to help librarians who are newly responsible for Western European and Latin American humanities and social sciences collecting. Experienced librarians will share information about publishing trends and offering library services in these areas.

The PAPR II Summit is an invitational gathering intended to formulate a common vision for the further development and growth of shared research library collections, and to determine priorities for CRL support of same, in order to prevent the loss of critical print journals and government publications.

LAMP Business Meeting

Saturday, June 13, 2015 - 4:00pm

LAMP’s annual business meeting will be held Saturday, June 13, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. at Princeton University.  LAMP member libraries fund projects to acquire and/or preserve rare and at-risk research materials related to the study of Latin America through an annual membership fee. Representatives of member institutions meet annually to discuss current and future projects and set priorities for additional acquisitions.
