This webinar will examine how LOCKSS technology and the CLOCKSS model approach the challenges of preserving elusive journal materials, helping small publishers overcome some obstacles to submitting e-journals for digital archiving.

The Print Archives Network (PAN) forum is always held the Friday morning before ALA Midwinter and Annual conferences. All are welcome to attend and hear about new and best practices from the participating shared print initiatives. 
The PAPR II Summit is an invitational gathering intended to formulate a common vision for the further development and growth of shared research library collections, and to determine priorities for CRL support of same, in order to prevent the loss of critical print journals and government publications.  
In cooperation with the IFLA News Media Section, the Center for Research Libraries will convene representatives of national and academic libraries, commercial producers and aggregators of news content, and cultural and funding organizations to assess the state of international newspaper digitization and preservation, and to better align future library and commercial efforts, investment and funding in these areas.
