The Center for Research Libraries will present a 60-minute Introduction to CRL Webinar on Thursday, December 9, 2010, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. CDT. Participation in this no-cost event is open to all librarians, library staff, and faculty at CRL libraries, as well as prospective CRL member institutions. This introductory Webinar is designed to help newly enrolled CRL libraries and faculty make the most of their unlimited access to CRL resources, and also serves as an excellent introduction to CRL for prospective members and newly hired staff. CRL staff members will provide:

  • a detailed overview of CRL collections, services, and cost-saving programs
  • how-to information on access and electronic and traditional delivery, and
  • opportunities within the CRL community for working together to identify, preserve, and develop collections and other resources that support research and teaching.

CRL hosts Webinars throughout the year on CRL benefits and services, as well as more subject-based topics. For more information on our Webinar schedule, visit http://www.crl.edu/membership/make-most-your-crl-membership/webinars.
