CRL makes its vast collections of newspapers, microform, journals, dissertations and other materials available via interlibrary loan, through electronic document delivery or in its reading room.

To determine the membership status of your institution, please refer to our member list.

Scholars and researchers from CRL member institutions have free and unlimited use of the CRL collections through interlibrary loan and electronic document delivery. Readers from institutions outside the membership can use the collections for a pre-paid fee, and subject to certain restrictions. The Center delivers all articles electronically. For original materials, the loan period is unlimited, although these materials may be recalled.
