undertaken by SEEMP and will include project summaries and

Oslobodenje covered events during the war-torn
years in the former Yugoslavia. SEEMP is acquiring film
of this title from 1992-2003.
Russian Regional Archives
In cooperation with East View Information
Services, SEEMP will select and preserve up to 260 archival
finding aids and other key reference literature identified
in identified in Patricia Kennedy Grimsted's ArcheoBiblioBase
project.
SEEMP is collaborating with East
View Publications to film a representative sample of
newspapers published between 1991 and the present in Russian
cities outside Moscow and St. Petersburg. 16 titles
have been filmed since 1991, with the addition of 6 new
titles beginning in 2000.
SEEMP has filmed approximately 140 newspapers
that represent right-wing extremist views in Russian politics
and society, covering roughly the years 1990-1998.
A supplemental proposal was approved in 2000 to film an
additional 83 titles covering 1990-1999. A third phase was
approved in 2005 to film 180 new titles and 60 continuations
of extremist press.
