To
continue filming 100+ newspapers from Southeast Asia
dating from the late 1940s to late 1980s.
In most cases these are the only issues in existence
in the U.S. of these newspapers; in some cases the
sole issues extant in the world. A list of papers
to be filmed will be available at the SEAM meeting. |

for Consideration (Importance of material, history of
collection, physical condition, etc.) |
Cornell
will prepare for filming and send the papers to our
filmer. We propose to split filming costs 50-50 with
SEAM. Preparation costs will be borne by Cornell. 1
positive will be sent to CRL. Cornell will retain negative
and a positive.
$20,000 over 4-5 years. |
