Coelho will recruit candidates for the positions of secretary
and faculty representative; there are already two candidates
for the at large position.
Malanchuk will call for the final versions of subcommittee
charges to be reviewed and approved by the Executive Committee.
Bell-Gam voiced concern about us not keeping up with e-mail,
especially now in the subcommittee context. As the Executive
Committee, let us set an example by using e-mail responsively.
Let us recommit to communication.
Page will contact Pamela Howard-Reguindin (the new LC-Nairobi
director) about sending out electronically the list of newspaper
titles accumulated.
There was a brief discussion about a proposal involving
collaboration with WiderNet in the digital distribution
of CAMP materials. Miner will follow up.
