The last comprehensive printed guide to CAMP's
collection was issued in 1985. CAMP members may request
a print copy of this resource, although it has been superceded
by the online catalog of
CRL. Because the CAMP collection has over 12,000 individually
described items, it is no longer practical to issue a print
guide to the collection.
This site will feature partial lists and descriptions
of CAMP's collections, such as the nearly 1,500 serials
in microform from all regions of Africa, that otherwise
do not lend themselves to collection descriptions found
in the Guide
section of this site. These lists will make this information
available in electronic form for researchers and information
professionals.

of newspapers held in microform by CAMP and the Center for

CAMP has acquired numerous trial transcripts from political trials in South Africa, including the Treason Trial (1956-1961), Rivonia Trial (1963-1964) and the Steve Biko inquest (1977). These collections are summarized in the document Index to Trial Transcripts held by CAMP.
