CRL supports cooperative projects that acquire and preserve in microform important research materials.  All CRL members and project participants have access to materials acquired or preserved in microform.

International Coalition on Newspapers (ICON)

The International Coalition on Newspapers (ICON) is a collaborative effort to improve access to newspapers through preservation, description, and information sharing.

Microfilming of Indian Publications Project

Preservation of the complete listing of books listed in The National Bibliography of Indian Literature.

SEAM/Luce Microfilming and Preservation Project in Vietnam

This recently completed project microfilmed colonial-era newspapers, journals, and records held by the National Library of Vietnam.
